The following courses are all focussed on extending your diving beyond recreational limits, either in terms of depth, time or the use of mixed gasses.
Pre-requisites: GUE Fundamentals (Tech Pass)
Duration: 5 days
The GUE Recreational Diver level 3 course is a mastery-level recreational class structured to prepare divers for deeper recreational diving using proper equipment, diving techniques and breathing mixtures. In this class, students will be introduced to the theory and practice of limited decompression, the use of trimix as a breathing gas and trained in correct ascent procedures.

Pre-requisites: GUE Fundamentals (Tech Pass)
Duration: 5 days
The Technical Diver Level 1 (Tech 1) course is structured to prepare divers for the rigors of technical diving and to familiarize them with the use of different breathing and decompression mixtures, including the use of trimix to minimise narcosis. Tech 1 training focuses on expanding the skills learned in the GUE Fundamentals course, and is designed to cultivate, integrate, and expand the essential skills required for safe technical diving.

Pre-requisites: Advanced Open Water
Duration: 4-5 days
The objective of this course is to train divers how to plan and conduct a standard staged decompression dive not exceeding a maximum depth of forty five (45) msw / one hundred fifty (150) fsw. The most common equipment requirements, gear set-up, and decompression techniques are presented along with the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for utilizing EAN-21 through one hundred (100) percent oxygen for accelerated decompression. This combination is an excellent entry into technical diving! Please contact us if you would like to take these courses separately.

Pre-requisites: Advanced Open Water, Nitrox & Deep
Duration: 3 days
The purpose of the DSAT Tec 40 Diver programme is to introduce students to technical diving equipment and procedures. The course is designed to comfortably transition students from the recreational diving environment into the technical one and will introduce both the individual and team skills required to safely undertake limited decompression and other technical dives.
Pre-requisites: Tec 40 & Rescue
Duration: 3 days
The purpose of the DSAT Tec 45 Diver programme is to introduce Tec 40 students to the first stages of full, technical deep decompression diving. Certified Tec 45 divers are qualified to make multistop decompression dives using EANx and oxygen for accelerated decompression.
Pre-requisites: Tec 45 & Rescue
Duration: 3 days
The purpose of the DSAT Tec 50 Diver programme is to build on the knowledge from the Tec 45 course and to qualify students to make full technical deep decompression dives using two separate gases for accelerated decompression.
